This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for procuring, delivering, storing and distributing of seeds from the federal stock of agricultural crop seeds, which shall be provided to regions that do not produce their own stock of seeds, to natural and legal persons producing agricultural commodities and to the population in case of emergencies and natural disasters.
