This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of transfer of ownership of radioactive waste burial sites pertaining to legal persons under jurisdiction of state body in the sphere of management of radioactive waste. The authorized state organization in the sphere of nuclear waste management shall be State nuclear energy corporation "Rosatom". Transfer of nuclear waste burial sites shall be regulated by contracts. Nuclear waste management sites shall include plot of land, special means of tr
