This Decree sets out provisions on general provisions in Section I, time of cutting trees in Section II, amount and degree of intensity of cutting trees and time of re-cutting in Section III, organization of and technology for cutting trees in Section IV and tree age determined for cutting in Section V. This Decree states that there are two approaches for cutting trees: reforestation for forest rehabilitation and thinning treatments. The purposes of cutting trees are (i) efficient use of forest
