The Committee is the managing authority of state stock of subsoil, especially authorized institution for the management and protection of water stock and, within its sphere of competence, especially authorized state institution for environmental protection on the territory of the Republic of Karelia. The Regulation consists of 6 sections. Section 1 Lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the main tasks of the Committee. Section 3 establishes the functions of the Committee. Section
