The Government validates fishing charges for industrial catch of aquatic animals and fishing licence fees for artisanal, sport (recreational) fishing in fishing water basins that are considered minimum. The Committee of Forestry, Fisheries and Hunting is authorized to rise up minimum fishing charges in accordance with the change of state of fish market. The fishing charges are calculated in the national currency and are fixed for a kilogram of fish and for a head of aquatic animal.
