In the subitems 5.2.7 and 5.2.8 the wording “forest estate management” shall be substituted with the wording “forest management”. Subitem 5.2.15 shall be supplemented with the wording “rates of payment per hectare of the plots of forest estate.” Subitem 5.7.7 shall acquire a new wording: “5.7.7. Issuance of the permits for the use of forest estate for subsoil exploration except for mining shall be carried out in accordance with Article 46 of the Forest Code.”
