This Ministerial Decree establishes that Marine board shall be permanent coordinating body for coordination of activities of federal executive bodies, regional authorities and organizations in the sphere of marine activities and study and research in the World Ocean, Arctic and Antarctica. Marine board shall carry out the following tasks: (a) conservation of national marine potential; (b) legal regulation of marine activities; (c) management of mineral and biological resources of the World Ocean
