Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 2006/8/EC which amends, for the purposes of their adaptation to technical progress, Annexes II, III and V to Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous preparations.
