The Ministerial Decree establishes that the legal persons manufacturing fruit wines must own special purpose equipment for the processing of fruits and berries. Subsection 8 of the Ministerial Decree No. 1233 regulating the manufacturing of alcoholic drinks shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Ownership of special purpose equipment for the processing of fruits and berries”.
