The Government decrees to establish that the Ministry of Agriculture and Food is a federal executive body entitled to carry out state policy and management in the sphere of agro-industrial complex and food security of the country, to co-ordinate the activity in the aforesaid sphere of other federal executive bodies in cases envisaged by federal laws, presidential and governmental decrees of the Russian Federation.
