The Government decrees to validate the amendments and additions to some Ministerial Decrees concerning the realisation of Federal Special Programs. It modifies Ministerial Decree Federation No. 919 of 1998 regarding FSP "World Ocean" in the following manner: denomination "State Committee on Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation" is substituted by "Russian Federal Hydrometeorological and Environmental Monitoring Service".
