This Ministerial Decree validates the Regulation on State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service entitled with the following tasks and functions: (a) state sanitary and epidemiological supervision; (b) state registration of potentially hazardous chemical and biological substances, hazardous waste and radioactive waste; licensing of some activities pertaining to its sphere of competence and subject to licensing; and (c) sanitary protection of the national territory.
