This Decree provides for the executive regulations of the Ministerial Decree No. 48 of 1982 on the protection of the Nile river and water channels from pollution. It is composed of eight parts. Part 1 consists of some definitions , Part 2 provides for the licensing of dumping treated effluent waste in water channels.
