This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of transfer free of charge of rural centralized water supply system to rural water users’ associations. It establishes that statement of transfer and acceptance shall be subject to compulsory registration by local self-government bodies. This Ministerial Decree contains the form of statement of transfer and acceptance.
