Ministerial Decree No. 83 on the fund of conservation and reproduction of forests.

This Decree states that the fund of conservation and reproduction of forests shall be raised by forest revenue, grants and other materials. The fund shall be used by the Ministry of Finance for (i) forest conservation, (ii) afforestation, (iii) forest restoration and rehabilitation, (iv) forest monitoring and assessment, (v) recreational forest and (vi) financing activities provided for forestry development programs.
