This Ministerial Decree extends the list of species subject to hunting, including mammals and birds. It specifies that gannets, hunting gulls, seagulls, sea-swallows and alcidine shall be considered species subject of hunting by divers and for the purpose of community wildlife management. Endangered and protected species shall not be included in the list.
