The Government decrees to validate the list of state environmental reserves and the list of state environmental monuments that are considered state protected areas. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection is entitled to elaborate and validate individual regulations on state nature reserves and state environmental monuments. The Ministerial Decree contains the complete list of state nature reserves and state environmental monuments.
