This Ministerial Decree establishes that plant quarantine shall be imposed on edifices, constructions, storage points and processing sites of products subject to quarantine inspection, territory and plots of land pertaining to legal and natural persons, forest land and inhabited areas. The state institution “Chief State on Seed Growing, Quarantine and Plant protection” shall establish the boundaries of quarantine phytosanitary area.
