This Ministerial Decree establishes uniform procedure for the calculation of environmental fees and payment thereof for emissions (discharge) of pollutants into environment and waste disposal. Payers of environmental fees shall be legal persons carrying out emissions (discharge) of pollutants into the atmospheric air, waterbodies and soil, and also waste disposal.
