This Decree validates the Statute of the Ministry of Agriculture (MINSELHOZ ROSSII). It establishes that the Ministry of Agriculture is the Federal Authority that is entitled to conduct the state policy and management in the field of agro-industrial complex and provides for the food supply for the country's needs. In its activity the Ministry of Agriculture is guided by the Constitution, Federal Constitutional Laws, Federal Laws, Decrees and Orders of the President, Ministerial decrees and Order
