The Government decrees to set up state enterprises under direct public management “Ural-Atyrau sturgeon fish farming enterprise” and “Atyrau sturgeon fish farming enterprise” and to entitle the Ministry of Agriculture with the functions of public administrator thereof. The main tasks of both fish farming enterprises are growing fry of sturgeon fish species and their release for the purpose of stock enhancement into water bodies of Ural and Caspian basins.
