This Ministerial Decree authorizes the Ministry of Federal Property of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the Federal Fisheries Committee of Russia to mark out the boundaries of the State Property to be destined to the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "National Fishing Resources" and undertake the legal procedures for its registration.
