Agro-industrial Agency “Moldova-Vin” the central state authorized institution entitled to carry out the state policy in the sphere of viticulture and wine-making, manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors, non-alcoholic drinks and beer. The Agency shall have the following competences: (a) elaboration and carrying out the state strategy; (b) conformation of the national legislation to EU standards; (c) quality control of the produce (HACCP).
