Ministerial Decree No. 986 validating the Regulation on classification of waterworks.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that waterworks shall be subdivided into the following classes: (a) I class – extremely risky waterworks; (b) II class – highly risky waterworks; (c) III class –medium risk waterworks; and (d) IV class – low risk waterworks.
