Ministerial Decree No.122 on types of enterprises prohibited from discharge of industrial sewage.

This Decree is issued to specify the types of enterprises prohibited from disposal of industrial sewage in accordance with the Article 39 of the Law No. 723-IQ on water supply and effluent wastewater. This Decree states that sewage discharge from oil producing, oil refining, chemical and petrochemical industries is prohibited.
