The public contract regulates the relations between grain storage pits and the owners of grain regarding storage of grain in accordance with the established storage conditions. The contract specifies variety, grade and quality of grain and its weight, and establishes the liability of the parties. It also establishes storage conditions and ensures access of the owner of grain to the information related thereto. The storage period cannot exceed four years.
