The Government decrees to validate Agreement of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) on information cooperation in the sphere of ecology and environmental protection. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is entitled to inform the Executive Secretariat of CIS of the realization by the Russian Federation of all the necessary domestic procedures for the implementation of the Agreement.
