The Government decrees to validate Mining Charter of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is entitled to inform the Executive Secretariat of CIS of the realization by the Russian Federation of all the necessary domestic procedures for the implementation of the Mining Charter.
