The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Inter-departmental commission is entitled to carry out interdepartmental coordination of economic, social and economic, scientific and environmental protection activity in the Arctic (including archipelago Spitsbergen) and in the Antarctic, control over carrying out of the decisions of the supreme state executive bodies of the Russian Federation, of the President of the Russian Federation and of the Council of Ministers in this sphere. The main
