Ministerial Decree No.276 of 2006 (Ban on importation of living domestic, slaughtered, wild, ornamental birds, their products and offal from Alava Province in Spain)
The Ministerial Decree provides that: (i) importation of all kinds of living domestic, slaughtered, wild, ornamental birds, their products and offal from Alava province in Spain shall be banned temporarily until further notice due to the appearance of Birds Flue; (ii) the Animal Wealth Department shall coordinate with the relevant authorities in the United Arab Emirates to implement the decree.
