Cabinet of Ministers decrees to validate rates for the calculation of compensation for damage caused by any enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens by illegal procurement (harvest), annihilation or damage caused to: 1. protected and endangered animal species recorded in the Red Book of Ukraine, having permanent or temporary habitats in the natural environment of Ukraine, its territorial waters, continental shelf and EEZ (in accordance with the Annex 1); 2. species recorded in the R
