The Government of the Russian Federation decrees that the Ministry for Environmental Protection is entitled jointly with federal executive bodies concerned with the task of ensuring, within the limits of its sphere of competence, the implementation of international obligations of the Russian Federation originating from the Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of ecological monitoring.
