The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. State inspection on trade, quality standards and the protection of consumers’ rights attached to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (GOSTORGINSPEKTSIJA) is a state institution entitled with the following tasks: state control over the observance of the rules and regulations of trade and public feeding, the modalities of application of prices as regards certain groups of commodities, quality control and safety of the consumer commoditi
