The Government, for the purpose of improvement of the system of management of cotton branch of industry and raising efficiency of the production and processing of raw cotton, decrees to abolish from the 1st of January 1999 the Republican corporation “Pakhtaee Tochik”. The Government establishes that the functions of control over seed quality and sizing of cotton are transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture.
