The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The present Regulation determines the modalities of organization of the system of state registration and control of nuclear materials that is compulsory for all legal persons irrespectively of their organizational and legal form, carrying out activity of processing, utilization, transformation, storage and international trade of nuclear materials and also regards Federal Executive Bodies, Regional executive Bodies and the Russian academy of scie
