This Decree updates Ministerial Decree 19 May 2000 implementing Directive No. 2000/24/CE repealing and amending maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal and plant origin, including fruit and vegetables. Maximum residue levels for pesticides are specified in the Annexes.
