The present Ministerial Decree applies to pre-packaging containing fish products conserved in certain liquid substances. Such products must bear on their labels the dripped weight, in addition to the indications required by article 9, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree No. 109 of 1992. Nonetheless, the provisions hereby established shall not apply to prepackaged fish products lawfully produced or marketed by other Member States. The Annexes to the Decree lay down particular detailed rules concern
