Ministerial Decree regulating the registration of poplar clones in the National Register of Forest Clones.

The Poplar National Commission authorizes the provisional inscription of a new species of poplar clone in the National Register of Forest Clones. The application for the registration of the clones is approved by the Poplar National Commission, upon request of the plant breeder and of the holder. (3 Articles)
