The Ministerial Decree consists of only one article listing out the treatments allowed to produce flavoured wines, wine-based flavoured beverages as well as flavoured cocktails of viniculture products. Such treatments include introduction of nitrogen, heat processing, use of carbon dioxide, use of certain additives and acidifiers. The provisions of the Decree, nevertheless, shall not aplly to beverages processed in other Member States.
