For the purposes of the Decree "small scale fishing" is an artisanal fishing for vessels smaller than 12 meters. In order to receive the financial contribution small scale fishing shall be exercised by consortia. Moreover, the Decree establishes the procedure to be followed by the consortia for obtaining the contribution. (10 Articles)
