This Decision, in compliance with the appropriate E.U. Directive 72/180, establishes technical standards for the "MEDICAGO SATIVA L." plant variety. It prescribes the official methods for testing such variety which shall be included in the National Catalogue of agricultural varieties, only after two (2) years of satisfactory testing.
