This Decision approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which articles 28 is entirely replaced by the text included in this Decision. Article 28 sets forth the standards for food contact surface of materials intended to come into contact with food. Also, article 22 of the Food Code, dealing with metals and alloys, is amended by substituting paragraph 5b, point E.
