Ministerial Joint Decision No. 851/96 amending articles 89 and 91 of the Food Code.

With this Decision article 89 and 91 of the Food Code referring to meat-based products are amended. In article 89, tumbling is added up as a way of meat processing. Article 91, paragraph 2 is completed by adding up a provision regarding products of thermal treatment.
