This Decree specifies maximum levels of pesticide residues that crops and foodstuffs may contain, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2005/76/EC. In particular, this Decree provides for the following amendments of the current Greek legislation regarding MRLs of kresoxim−methyl, cyromazine, bifenthrin, metalaxyl and azoxystrobin: a) in Part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 the maximum pesticide residue levels for metalaxyl are added as shown in article
