The Decree gives effect, with respect to fixing of maximum residue levels for pesticides in and on certain products of plant origin, to Commission Directive 2006/9/EC and provides for the following amendments of the current Greek legislation regarding MRLs: Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: a) in Annex I, group ‘4.
