The present Decree amends the Table in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 3 to this Decree, so as to include carbendazim as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/135/EC. Where necessary, the competent authority of the Ministry of Development and Food (Directorate for the Protection of Plant Production – Division of Plant Protection Products) shall amend or withdraw existing authorisat
