The maximum pesticide residue levels for bromopropylate in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are replaced by those contained in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. Such MRLs shall apply to fruits (fresh, dried or uncooked, preserved by freezing, not containing added sugar), nuts, vegetables (fresh or uncooked, frozen or dry), pulses, oilseeds, potatoes, tea and hops.

Ministerial Joint Decree No. 352654 fixing maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables, in compliance with Council Directives 90/642/EEC, 93/5/EEC, 94/90/EEC and 85/519/EEC.
