The maximum pesticide residue levels for bifenthrin and famoxadone in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are replaced by those contained in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree. Such MRLs shall apply to fruits (fresh, dried or uncooked, preserved by freezing, not containing added sugar), nuts, vegetables (fresh or uncooked, frozen or dry), pulses, oilseeds, potatoes, tea and hops.
