The present Decree amends the Table in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 2 to this Decree, so as to include fosthiazate as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2007/31/EC. Fosthiazate was included as active substance in Annex I with the specific provision that it may only used as a nematicide.
