In order to ensure that the consumer is adequately protected from exposure to residues in and on foodstuffs resulting from plant protection products and in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/4//EC, this Decree provides for the following amendments of the current Greek legislation regarding MRLs: 1) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: the maximum pesticide residue levels for carbofuran in and on cereals, prescribed in article 1 to this Decree, shall replace those
